Get answers to common questions about Lip Treatment.
The Lip Treatment add-on usually takes 10 to 15 minutes, depending on customization. It’s performed at the end of your facial or as an add-on, allowing time for exfoliation, hydration, plumping serums, and a finishing protective balm.
Yes — we customize ingredients and techniques for sensitive lips. A gentle exfoliant and soothing, fragrance-free serums hydrate and calm irritation. If you have allergies or recent cosmetic procedures, inform us so we can adjust products accordingly for your safety and comfort.
Results are primarily temporary. The treatment boosts volume with hydrating ingredients and massage, improving appearance for days to a week. Regular treatments can maintain plumper-looking lips, but effects fade without ongoing care or permanent cosmetic procedures.
We recommend waiting 10 to 30 minutes for treatment serums to absorb and avoiding heavy or long-wear makeup for a few hours. If significant exfoliation was done, allow lips to recover overnight before applying abrasive or long-lasting cosmetics.
Contraindications include active cold sores, open wounds, recent lip injections, or severe allergic reactions. Inform your provider of medications, medical history, and recent procedures. We’ll recommend postponing treatment or altering techniques to ensure safety and effective care.
Keep lips protected with the provided hydrating balm, avoid picking or exfoliating for 24 hours, and use SPF lip products outdoors. Drink water, avoid spicy or acidic foods immediately if sensitive, and schedule follow-ups to maintain hydration and smoothness.
